| "Kodi came to me from his breeder already trained to use a litter box as in having an indoor potty option for a small dog, even if they usually go outdoors (Kodi goes out most of the time). It is so much easier in bad weather or if we need to be away from home longer than usual. But we travel frequently in a travel trailer and we found that the litter from the litter box sometimes escaped while we were on the road. Stepping on these hard pellets hurt! So, we were looking for a different indoor potty solution. I looked at several systems, but Rascal Dog was recommended by an acquaintance, and I liked the flexibility and size of this system the best. I was a little concerned abut how Kodi would on it, and he got the idea right away. He transitioned in one day, with no accidents. Washing the mats is easy (though I strongly suggest buying the laundry bag)...the mats will shed some grass.
